    How do I use my Eggee?

    Cleansing with your Eggee is made to be easy, here's how you do it:

    1. Apply cleanser - remove any makeup and wet your face and your Eggee. Apply your favourite cleanse to either your face or directly to your Eggee.

    2. Press the middle button to power on your Eggee. Press the + or - buttons to turn up/down the intensity of the sonic pulses to your desired level.

    3. Using small circular motions, gently cleanse all areas of your face. Use the larger bristle section to get a deeper cleanse in desired areas.

    4. Rinse and dry both your face and your Eggee. Feel how incredibly smooth and soft your skin is, then continue with your skincare routine.


    Caution: If you experience any irritation or discomfort when using your Eggee, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.

    How do I charge my Eggee?

    Your Eggee is rechargeable with its included charging cable. A full charge takes two hours and should last you for 2-12 months of regular use.

    Charging is very simple. Plug the USB end of the charging cable into a power outlet using a compatible adapter. Insert the connector into Eggee’s charging port located on the back of the device. A light on the front of the device will begin to glow red to let you know your Eggee is charging. Once it has reached a full charge, the light will glow green.

    How often should I use my Eggee?

    We recommend only using your Eggee once per day. Whether that be first thing in the morning before applying your makeup, or at night once you have taken your makeup off. It is also best to apply a moisturiser to your skin after use, as Eggee will remove 99% of oils and dirt and may leave your skin a little dry.

    Is Eggee waterproof? Can I use it in the shower?

    Yes and yes! Eggees IPX7 waterproof rating means that you can use it in the shower, the bath, the pool, the rain, or whatever else you're into. We don't judge, we just make it possible.

    In our opinion, the shower is the best place to use your Eggee! Just make sure to dry it off after use.

    What are sonic pulses and how do they help clean out my pores?

    The sonic pulses that Eggee produces are micro-vibrations set to what we in the office call the “magic frequency range”.

    Regardless, when channelled through Eggees bristles, thousands of vibrational pulses in this frequency travel below the surface of your skin and rapidly vibrate the clumps of unwanted, skin-harming material stuck inside your pores. This rapid vibration causes the material to become loose and break apart, allowing for your cleanser to swoop in and wash away the remnants.

    Why is it important to clean below the surface of my skin?

    Acne and other skin-related issues don't form on the surface of the skin, they form below the surface, inside of pores. The sonic pulses that Eggee produces helps dig into your pores and shake out all of the unwanted dirt, oils and other impurities.

    What should I not use my Eggee for?

    If you have a pre-existing skin condition or medical concerns, consult a physician or dermatologist before use.

    If you experience any unusual discomfort or irritation while using Eggee, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.

    Take extra care while massaging under and near your eyes. Do not bring the device in contact with your eyes or eyelids.

    People with a pre-existing heart problem and those who have a cardiac pacemaker or other medical devices installed should not use this product.

    Avoid using clay-based, silicone-based, grainy, or gritty skin products with your Eggee as they may damage the silicone bristles.

    Do not use the device or charging cable if they are damaged. Only use the charging cable supplied by Eggee Co. If you have lost your charging cable or it no longer works, you can purchase a replacement here.

    Do not share your Eggee with others. We understand that sharing is caring, but for hygienic reasons, think of sharing your Eggee like sharing a toothbrush.

    Avoid leaving your Eggee in direct sunlight. Never expose the device to high heat or boiling water.

    For use by or on children and those with reduced mental or physical ability, close adult supervision is recommended.

    Do not use the device if it appears damaged in any way.
